In a lawsuit filed in 1999 and being won in 2002 , the author of House Of Cards alleged  that Tom, with the help and advertising of and by Dr Dobson/ Focus On The Family and Pat Robertson/The 700 Club, had committed copyright infringement and fraud. 

In 2002, irregardless of the fact that Tom's Attorney said he would never settle:

Tom settled and agreed to change his testimony (the parts he allegedly stole from Rock's book) and Rock agreed to stop posting stories of the case against Tom and to eliminate sites that Rock developed that were telling folks the same facts. Rock also gave Tom the tompapania.com web domain name he had recently won from Tom in another victorious law suit.

Thus, though Tom has begged money from people to close this and other web sites, in actuality and reality, he filed a frivolous suit and then TOLD people he had filed against us!

THIS IS IT> WOW! January 2006 and Tom now states after ten years he went in the air force rather than do time for shooting two men and then committed burglaries and was sent to prison? And all in Kansas! 

So, what happened with the "sent to Kansas to shoot two men" by mobster Gambino himself, was turned in "to see if he would talk" by mobster Gambino himself, and that the Judge said " You are a member of the mafia " and the judge "threw the book" at him, and he then " served 5 1/2 year in a brutal prison " of a 5 to ten year sentence, and then he got out, went to NY and was given a choice of "Business'" from a "Book" by Gambino himself? 

So, tell us. Did Tom not testify to millions world wide by mounting thousands of CHURCH PULPITS WORLDWIDE and on Focus On The Family and on tapes and videos for nearly ten years THAT:

1) He was made a Gambino Soldier at 17 years of age?
2) that he was GROOMED for several years?
3) That he was sent to Kansas to shoot two men on orders by Carlo Gambino?
4) That he was then turned in by Gambino to go to Prison to see if he would talk?
5) That the Judge SAID, "You are a member of the mafia, this was a hit"?
6) That he then served 5 1/2 years of a 5 to 10 year sentence?
7) That he got out and went to NY where he was rewarded?
